Waldman and Waldman is a husband and wife small firm specializing in family law, estate administration, and bankruptcy. Often we find that one legal issue leads to another. We are pleased to offer additional services focused on routine civil or business issues for our clients. Many of our clients have concerns that mix or include several areas of law such as business management, criminal law, real estate or personal property disputes. We also handle administrative matters, such as applying for criminal history and arrest expungements or licensing issues, where our attorney skills can speed up the paperwork.

We practice civil law exclusively in Clatsop County Circuit Court, Oregon. Our Federal Bankruptcy practice is in the District of Oregon, where most bankruptcy case matters can be resolved either in Portland, Oregon or in Seaside, Oregon. For all cases, we will gladly take remote clients from out of the area, out of state or even internationally when their case, controversy or necessary filing occurs within these legal jurisdictions. Under extraordinary circumstances we will actively represent clients in other counties in Oregon. However, the prohibitive cost of the additional travel time does not usually serve in the clients’ best interest.
